Ho-Ho-Harley ride for Salvo toy run
NOT only can Santa Claus drive a sleigh but did you know he's also a dedicated Harley Davidson rider?
The jolly old gent in the red suit will again lead the Coffs Coast Salvos Toy Run this Sunday and it will be the 24th time he's been in the vanguard.
The ride is open to all bikes and riders, not just Harley owners.
Line up with your BMW, Honda, Kawasaki, Thrumpstar, Suzuki or precious Indian from 11am at North Beach Bowling Club.
The motorised procession will leave at 11.30am, heading to the Jetty Foreshores where the Salvation Army volunteers will be working the barbecue for a gold coin donation.
Mid North Coast Harley Owners Group (HOGS) is organising the toy run and Ladies Road Captain, Debbie Hull-Moody, said there's a place for all to participate.
"Bring a new toy or gift card, some tinned food or a cash donation,” she said.
"Help the Salvos put smiles on children's faces this Christmas.”
