Don’t ask Wotif, just book a trip

THE North Coast Destination Network's "Breath of Fresh Air" campaign through in February created more than 4100 room bookings and revenue exceeding $680,000 for the regional tourism economy.

That's been the finding of The Legendary Pacific Coast, which says it is ready to repeat its success this month.

"Stage two of the campaign is happening now, Australia-wide, to boost business during the slower winter months aiming to repeat a return on investment of 13 to one, and 5% growth for the participating accommodation throughout the campaign," NCDN's Belinda Novicky said.

"The campaign is delivering digitally based campaigns to Wotif's domestic database with key destination hero images, event information, drive itineraries, video content, a campaign button on Wotif's home page for the duration of the campaign, banners on relevant SEO pages and integration across Wotif's social media channels.

"This is a strong, focused campaign that will benefit all Legendary Pacific Coast, local government and industry partners with tactical marketing, public relations and social media campaigns scheduled until the end of June."
