Divers scour Clarence River near Ulmarra for Sharon Edwards

POLICE associated with Strike Force Burrow have spent another day searching a remote Lawrence property for signs of missing Grafton woman Sharon Edwards.

Coffs/Clarence crime manager Detective Inspector Darren Jameson said SES volunteers and a cadaver dog had not returned to the Tanglewood Rd property for a second day, although it was still a crime scene

The property, which does not have a dwelling on it, is believed to extend over roughly 100 acres and neighbours have confirmed it is owned by Mrs Edwards and her estranged husband John.

Meanwhile, police divers yesterday focused their search on areas of the Clarence River and water courses around Southgate and Ulmarra.

Mrs Edwards was last seen in Grafton between 10pm and 11pm on March 14.
