Broncos deny Dugan rumours while Dragons show interest
DESPITE the Broncos emerging as one of the front-runners to sign discarded Raider Josh Dugan, the club hosed down this speculation yesterday.
The Dragons are reportedly poised to make a $600,000 per season offer to lure the troubled fullback to the joint-venture club.
Reports have emerged that he could shun this in favour of long-term stability at Brisbane, with a Broncos official denying he has heard of an approach made by his club at this stage.
"He's a special player and any club would love to have him," he said.
"I've had a lot of phone calls on this, but I don't know of anything going on."
